Refund Policy

Returns:
Returns will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact; and the product must be unused. For returns, customer will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of the item(s) returned.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@deluxeclothing.co and provide your full name and order # to begin your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

Product errors, inaccuracies, and omissions:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information
